• What is a DMC?

“DMC“ ist an acronym for „Destination Management Company“.

DMCs have specialized in their respective country and offer events / trips in their own country for customers from abroad. This is often referred to as "inbound“ business. DMCs are country experts and the ideal contact for event agencies, companies and travel agencies. DMCs handle and coordinate all suppliers and activities on site as well as plan itineraries and book all relevant services including hotels, transportation and their logistics. If you work with a DMC, they will be your main contact for during your stay in the destination and support you on site. Also seen as an „extention“ of your own events team.
