It all began with training as an event management assistant, later advancing to become an event specialist and business economist. Exclusive Scotland Incentives & Experiences Ltd. creates incentive trips, corporate events and retreats in Scotland, Germany and worldwide. We work with our clients to develop concepts and multi-day itineraries, bring ideas to life and understand ourselves as the local expert on-site for event agencies and corporate clients. We plan, budget, coordinate and provide on-site support for our clients. We welcome you and your team or guests at the airport and accompany you throughout the entire duration of the trip. Depending on your preference, we either discreetly stay in the background, ensuring smooth operation, or act as tour guides alongside experienced, professionally trained guides, always there for you.

Our proposals and costings are structured to be easy to understand, transparent and without hidden costs. Service charges and gratuities are already included in the price, which may make the costs initially appear higher compared to other providers. However, it's important to us to work without hidden costs and to provide our clients with a realistic, honest offer they can budget for. "Cheap at any cost" or upwardly adjusted budgets after the contract has been signed do not align with our values.
